The Role

Working as part of a collaborative national billing team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the firm's billing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and issuing accurate client invoices.
• Reviewing billing data and ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal procedures.
• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies and invoice queries.
• Maintaining accurate billing records and client information.
• Liaising with legal teams and internal stakeholders to resolve billing matters.
• Contributing to process improvements and the efficient operation of the billing function.

About You

We're interested in hearing from candidates who have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills and an interest in developing their career within legal billing.

You might be:

• An experienced legal billing professional ready to join a supportive, established team.
• A Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary with strong administrative skills who is keen to transition into a dedicated billing role.
• Someone with experience in a professional services environment who enjoys working with numbers, systems and processes.

Ideally, you'll also bring:

• Experience with legal billing or professional services billing.
• Aderant Expert experience (highly regarded).
• Strong Excel and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confident communication skills and a collaborative approach.
